Help Please!! Jenny Craig Vs. Weight Watchers Vs. South Beach Diet??

Hello to you all!! I gave birth to my lovely little angel 4 months ago on September 1st, she weighed in at 9lbs 4oz 22in long. Throughout the pregnancy I gained 60 pounds ( putting me at 233 the day of the birth). I am now down to 211 5'9ft tall.I am breastfeeding still and I will continue as long as I can. I have been thinking about going on either Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers or South Beach Diet. Would you all tell me your experiences and results on anyone of these diets please? Jenny Craig Success?

Hi, just wondering if people have had success with the Jenny Craig program? I'm looking for a program that provides the food. If there is a better program out there, let me know. I'm open to other suggestions. Something convenient (where they send you the food) is a plus. Thanks!
