HI Moms! I want to lose about 30 lbs and am considering Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem. Could you please let me know what your experience with either of them were? Also could you tell me what their costs are? I expect to pay about $100 a week, but want to see what any of you have paid before I call them directly. Thank you so much!

What can I do next?

I hav never done either of them, but had good luck with weight watchers online. Have you looked into that? They have an awesome support system and you can choose to do it from your home, go to meetings or both. Plus you get to eat what you want as long as you stay within your points so you will be less likely to fall of the wagon since you get to eat it all in moderation. Just a thought and best of luck in your weight loss journey.

I have not done either, but my friend did Nutirsystem and she could not stand the food. Thought it was disgusting. Good luck in whatever you chose!

I have tried both and by FAR Jenny Craigs food is better. Nutrisystem food was awful. I bought the food from a friend who stopped doing it, and I only could eat a few things.. Even the desserts were gross. The "hamburgers" were kept in pantry and you poured water on it and it expanded to eat. SO weird. Jenny Craig has a great selection.. There a few things I didn't like.. But you can pick what you want so that is easy to avoid. I was going to go back on it this year to lose some lingering holiday/pregnancy weight but due to saving for other things I am doing weight watchers online. I did Jenny Craig 4 years ago and I probably spent $120 a week on average on the food. They try to talk you into vitamins and bars too.. But I didn't buy them. If you type Jenny Craig vs. Nutrisystem on google, some people did a lot of research with prices included. Good luck!

I am doing the new weight solution out that our company launched Jan. 3rd. It is fabulous. I have lost 6 pounds in two weeks and 5 inches. My husband has lost 11 lbs and an overall 5 inches. It has three parts to it which are the food plan, products, and the support. We eat regular food but at the right times, have one day that is quilt free day each week to eat out with family and friends, and get texts by Heidi Powell to keep you on track all day long. (For example, snack time, high carb day.) We drink the can of Burn when we first get up and have breakfast, and then Burn or Rest before we go to bed. Tastes good! Chris Powell, who has the extreme weight loss show, does our food plan, and his wife is our coach. with a video in the morning telling us what to do today and those texts. It is half the cost of Jenny Craig and the others. Check it out on my website. http://annnoble.vemma.com Turns your body into a fat buring machine and gets rid of the fat around all your organs. We are eating better now than ever before and no cravings!
