I Want to Wean NOW! (Edited)

My son is 17 months now and I am tired of nursing... mostly because he still gets up at night to do it. Last night was the worst as he was up about every 45 minutes and although I didn't nurse him each time he still was waking up.He is a thin guy (still wearing 12 month clothes even though they are short on him because the 18 mos clothes are too big in the waist) and he doesn't eat well during the day.He is NOT your typical American fat baby that has a storage to pull from all night long. I don't believe that he is NOT hungry at night...

Sam's Club or Costco? Is It Really Worth It?

So, I'm thinking of paying for a membership for either Sam's Club or Costco? I had a Sam's Club membership a while ago when we were a family of 3 (me, husband and daughter) I stopped paying because we hardly went and didn't find it useful. So, today, we are a family of 5 (me, husband, 13-year-old daughter, 4-year old daughter and almost 1-year old son). For families of 5 do you really think it's worth it? Do you find yourself buying a lot when you're there? Do you save any? Both stores are about equal distance from my house, so I would...

Difficulty Finding Table Foods 22Mo. Son Will Eat

Our son is extremely picky with his food. He always has been and is only slowly overcoming a sensitive gag-reflex. I experiment with different foods (PB&J, eggs, soups). Sometimes he'll eat eggs, other times he won't. He likes grape jelly, but not the PB or the bread. When what's in front of him is a no for him, I fall back on jarred baby food and yogurt. Does anyone know of foods that won't take a lot of time to prepare that may work? I have a book, but it involves LOTS of preparation. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you!

Member Mark Formula

I am sure that this question has been asked before. Has anyone had any experience using member mark formula from Sam's Club? My daughter is 4 month old and is on emfamil with iron and has been doing well. But the cost the formula is expensive. I don't want to hurt her but changing her formula. The ingredients are the same. How would I go about introducing her to the new formula? I don't want to upset her stomach.
