Double Stroller Recommendations

I am torn between which double I should/need to get. Here's the jist..... -Currently, we rarely use the stroller except for long day trips, vacations, and a few other times - however, I need something that I can lock dd (3 y.o) into when I need her to sit, buckled, and not run around or away from me -I want something fairly lightweight -Easy to push -Has to have a great sunshade, good storage basket, and a parent organizer -Has to hold an infant carrier -DD's pretty tall (already 40 in) and most of the ones I am looking at are only...

It is hard to find a store that carries them, so I can't really check it out in person before buying! Thanks for any input! A.

They both appear to be Chicco carseat compatible (which is another issue I have). I've also looked at the Bumbleride Indie Twin, but not sure if I want to spend that much.
