Overnight Diapers for 21 Month Old

We have always used Kirkland (Costco) diapers for our daughter. At night we started to put a bigger sized diaper on her as she slept longer. She has reached the largest size and has been waking up in the morning with a completely full diaper and sometimes wet PJs and sheet. So, what now? (We have not yet started potty training.)

Night Time Diapers

I put my son in night time diapers because he tends to completely soil them during the night(have tried both huggies and pampers both a size larger than his regular diaper size). The past few mornings when I go to wake him, he has completely leaked out of the diaper. Should I stop his liquid intake at a certain time before bedtime? He drinks lots of fluids during the day. Any other ideas.
