Steakhouse Recommendation

Recently, we went to both Ruth Chris and Capital Grill.
I was disappointed that the steak at Ruth Chris was not up to their high satandard, it was a little hard. The ones we had at Capital Grill were excellent, very jucy and tender.
The thing we like about Ruth Chris is the live jazz. Lou is a one guy band, very funny. So, now we just go to the bar area to listen to Lou playing and have a drink.

Steve Fields in Plano is my first choice. I've been to all the others mentioned and they are all good. Also, you might try Perry's or Capital Grill.

Del Frisco's is our favorite. I don't know about the restaurant week thing. We LOVE Del Friscos. It is a clubbish atmosphere (lot of dark woods), very classy, excellent service and food.

Our second favorite is Bob's at the Shops of Legacy in Plano. Again, no idea on the restaurant week deal. This is a little more casual, great service and food.

Lawry's Prime Rib is a favorite as well. Excellent!!

Jaspers at the Shops of Legacy is great as well. Prime Rib is the specialty.

We've been to the others you mentioned. They are all good. Enjoy!

Del Frisco's or Pappa's Bros are by far my favorites above and beyond Bob's or Ruth's Chris. We have been away for over 3 yrs and I can't wait to go back and have steak at either one of those soon!

This may be out of your area but Steak Kountry off Hwy 78 in Sachse is wonderful!
