Good Steak Resteraunt in Allen

Go to downtown McKinney to either Rick's or Goodhues. Both are excellent steak restaurans and downtown McKinney has the cutest atmosphere. Head north on 75 and take the second exit in McKinney - the Lousiana/Virginia exit. Turn Right (East) and you will drive straight into the downtown square area. There is also a cute wine bar or even a coffee/ice cream shop downtown. Great date place!!!

Del Frisco's on Spring Valley and North Dallas Tollway (NDT) is OUTSTANDING. This has a club feel with the dark woods. Excellent Service.

Lawry's Prime Rib SPring Valley/NDT area is fantastic if you love prime rib.

III Forks on Trinity Mills/NDT is OUTSTANDING as well. This a little more relaxed country/western theme. Great service as well.

Ruth Chris on Trinity Mills/NDT is very good. Great Service

Bob's Chop House at Legacy/NDT (Shops of Legacy) is another outstanding and great service place.

Goodhue's in McKinney is very good.

Most of these are pricey but well worth it. You need to try them at least once!!! We do a lot of entertaining with our business clients and Del Frisco's is one that is chosen often. My personal favorite would be Del Frisco's so I am glad when clients ask to go there!! It is very classy.

I know it's now past "tonight" and I've no idea where in Allen you live; but, a good steak house in Plano is Steve Fields. It is on the NW corner of Park & Preston. It's fantastic -- on par with the big names in Dallas (Bob's Steak & Chop House, Perry's, The Capital Grill, III Forks, etc.)

If you make it over there, tell them R. sent you!

I know it's a little late, but if you didn't have any luck finding a good steak place, Texas Road House is the BEST. It's in Mckinney, but it's right off 75 and Eldorado, southeast corner, in front of Kohls.
