Teething Baby Not Sleeping!!

My daughter got through her first 8 teeth pretty good. Now she's getting her molars and is having a terrible time. She's only sleeping every other night. My husband and I have been taking shifts on the nights she doesn't sleep well so we can at least get a few hours sleep. She cries and whimpers and thrashes back and forth. Orajel and Tylenol don't do anything. We both have full time jobs and have been working overtime, so we're beyond tired. Any advice?

Burning Her Bottom!!!

My one year old has had really bad diapers lately. It seems like once or twice a day she explodes a diaper, which I change immediately, but where ever the bm touches on her little bottom she has horrible blisters. She has the worst case of diaper rash and I can't figure out what is causing these nasty diapers.
