Milk Supply Dwindling After 8 Months

I have been nursing my daughter since she was born with no problem. I returned to work when she was 4 months and have been balancing pumping and breastfeeding with much success. Over recent months I began supplementing with formula, usually only between 1-2 formula bottles PER WEEK when I wasn't able to pump enough to keep up with her.
