I have the worst dry skin on my body that I've ever had. Not flaky (yet!)but really rough and in some places "bumpy" (keratosis pilaris). Ugh! Have any really good creams or home-treatment tips to recommend? Thanks!

Hello, I know this has nothing to do with being a mom, but I have extremely dry and cracked skin on the heels of my feet. It's so bad I might have to go to a dermatologist I think. Has anyone tried any lotions or other products that help? I usually file away at the skin on my feet, put a ton of lotion on, and put socks on. But they still look pretty bad. Thanks!
