I registered for a baby monitor that has gotten horrible reviews. Could you share with me which baby monitor is by far the best. Our house is aprox. 2000 sq. ft. and there is a baby that lives in front of us and behind our house also. I don't want us hearing them on our monitor or them hearing us. We do not have wireless internet but may consider it. The sales lady says that matters.

Any of you moms out there real happy with your baby monitor? We have one that has a sensor pad you put under the mattress, although we've just used the audio on it. It always picks up a lot of static. Don't think it did that at first, but we've now had it over two yrs. The other one we have has a camera, so you can see your baby at night. I like the camera, but again it picks up static. Anyone had one for a while that doesn't do this? Also, anyone happy with their diaper disposal system? Diaper genie, dekor, etc?
