The riverdale Y has really great prices and they give great massages.

Try Oasis Day spa in Dobbs Ferry. It's on the top floor of a three-story building that also houses Industry (great store for jeans), Starbucks, and Smoothie King. Right near Life.
That's my recommendation for the Westchester area. There is also Tranquility Spa and if you ask for the deep tissue massage, it's very good. It's in a basement of a building so not quite as luxurious, but the massages are good.

I don't know of a specific spa, but this week is Spa Week and participating spas are offering massages at $50!

I love Bliss. They have several locations in the city and i always found their staff to be friendly and respectful and really very talented. And the products are really good.

I started going to Tobi Wright when I was pregnant with my first child and love her. She works on the Upper West Side and it is not in a spa.
