I am 42 and have been wearing sunscreen and eye cream for over 20 years but am starting to notice my skin is getting looser!! I have super sensitive skin and live in AZ. I am nursing and drink a ton of water. I also work out 4 times a week with cardio and weights. I am inundated with skincare for the "advanced ages" and am not sure which product will work best for my particular issue as it needs to be firming but for sensitive skin. The alpha and beta hydroxy acids don't work for me. I am familiar with brands like Peter Thomas Roth and Dermalogica but I'm wondering of an Olay or Loreal product would work as well? Thanks everyone.

I've read great things about Olay beating out most of those insanely expensive brands. You might also consider getting a laser treatment like Fraxel at your local dermatolgist. The results are *amazing*...

(I am not paid by or affliated with Fraxel, I'm considering it myself)

Also, WebMD has a good read on products for your face

Good luck in your hunt!

Mary Kay has an awesome anti-aging line called TimeWise. The newest product, Replenishing Serum+C would work wonders for the loose skin, especially around your jaw line. Go to www.marykay.com to find a consultant near you

Hey! I recommend you get samples if you're going to try any of these products being mentioned. I used Mary Kay for almost a year, thinking that I was taking GREAT care of my skin, and quite proud of myself really. Then, I went for a facial and the lady said "whatever you've been using on your skin is not working. You are very dry" She didn't try to sell me anything, was just a really nice lady I've been to several times who was being honest with me. I quit using it, and started just using the store brand of Loreal or the Olay stuff, and I love how my skin has been feeling! I also have really upped my water intake. I honestly think though that as far as costs go, many store brands are just as good as the brand name stuff.

Ya know what helps that? Is exercise. Just general exercise... for the overall body.
Have you noticed how "fit" people have tight/nice facial skin???? In the process of working out/doing light weights etc., it also gives more tone to the neck and face too.

Hi, you might try the Melaleuca skin care products. They are natural, and are great for sensitive skin. They have a cream that helps to tighten skin, they have sunscreans, and even some make up. I'd be happy to get you more info on these products, if you'd like. Visit my website www.livetotalwellness.com/joycita and I'll help get you set up with the Melaleuca company, if you're interested. Good luck!

Burts Bees is fabulous. Nope - not crazy. I picked it up on a whim and it is FABULOUS. I really love their clay mask - tightens and refines everything!

Check out http://www.beautypedia.com/ Paula Begoun reviews and analyzes thousands of skin care products. There are some free reviews listed on her site, but the full list requires you pay a minimal subscription fee - but it's worth it! (I am in no way affiliated with her company - just a subscriber). She also sells her own products at http://www.paulaschoice.com/ which I haven't tried yet, but have friends who have and are very pleased with the results. Make sure you're also drinking enough water!! Good luck!

Hi J.. I am a Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay and I see someone already did mention one of our new products with Vitamin C. We do have phenomenal skincare products in our Timewise line. You can browse my website at
www.marykay.com/aparra ( I do live in AZ). The products are safe for sensitive skin, fragrance free and non-comedogenic.
I also offer complimentary makeovers so you can actually try the product, as well. Let me know if I can help, I'd love the opportunity to introduce you to the products and see what you think! Thank you. A.

I use the best of the best.....using it for 5 years now and it just gets better and better. We are not allowed to share businesses on here so not sure how to tell you all about it. A shame I think:(

The best thing for you is to do your research...dig and get answers. Not all skincare is created equal. Know where it is made, what goes into it and understand why. Ask yourself if you want results, safe products with not junk in them or both.

What I use is natural, vegan, organic and priced right. A little goes a long way and it gets results which is amazing since I have heard so many people share that they use the best of the best but it does not work. They get sick of spending the money and getting no results.
Have a great day!
