My name is N. and live in Staten Island, NY. I have a 2-1/2 yr. old boy and we have chosen to raise him in a conscious and thoughtful way. We did end up giving our son vaccinations, but at the rate of 1 per month, which we felt was a good solution for where we were at. I am now in wonderful partnership with my son's father, after separating for 10 months and then deciding to try again.

I have chosen an alternative medicine route. My kids have never been on antiobiotics, I wasn't as knowledgeable when I only had 1 or 2 kids, but am really passionate about it now. I also teach moms how to remove all toxins from their home, bring safe, eco-friendly products into their home, understand the impact that toxins have on children, etc. I'd love to chat or meet up for coffee! :)

My hubby and I (also an interracial couple) are also very big believers in alternative and holistic medicines. We are both professional opera singers and my hubby is also a pianist. We practice AP and are avid babywearers and are selectively vaccinating our beautiful 7 mo old baby girl.
