Hi N.:
I am sorry to hear about your little one. That is really hard. I also suggest you look at the products that you use on your child which could be causing or aggravating his condition. Sometimes the products you use cause this. I also highly recommend probiotics for your son which help immensely and could be put in his food or milk substitute. How did you determine that it was the milk?

I see a renowned allergy specialist that has non-invasive equipment to test for everything which is especially good for little ones. It may not be covered under your insurance but not only does he detect the allergies, he treats them without meds and eventually the child does not have the allergy any more. If you would like more information about better products for eczema and the holistic allergist, please email me and I will be more than happy to help you out. Best to you all.

HI

This is not really advice just wanted to let you know my daughter who is 22 months had horrible eczema I mean her cheeks would be so red and dry they would start bleeding out of the blue. We tried every formula out there well at 18 months it just went away and now she can eat drink just about anything. It really is bizzare.

My daughter has severe food allergies (dairy and egg). I'm not sure where you live but she sees Dr. Bharani out of Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove.
All the best!

My daughter is 2 and has had excema since 8 months. We have seen an allergist (for other reasons) and they said to used Eucerin. I found one better though-Nature something...has winnie the pooh and friends on the front. Works great!

If you don't want your son to get poked and prodded but still want allergy relief go to a NAET specialist. (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Treatment) Go to the website www.allergyescape.com and www.naet.com they are both very eye opening. I have a son who had allergies to about 20 different things, nuts being one of them. He is no longer allergic to nuts at ALL! This treatment SERIOUSLY works. If you have chiropractic coverage, it is even better. I go to Dr. Hult in McHenry. I don't know where you live, but there should be a NAET specialist by you. Good luck!!

Hi Tammy,
I'm sorry your little guy is having problems! When I started with my doc, they wouldn't see me without a referral from my normal doc, something about insurance, I suppose. I'd ask the pediatrician for a referral to a specialist and go from there.
Good luck!
