I was wondering if any moms out there has children that go to private school in the Mesquite area. My daughter has gone to private christian schools for Pre-K and Kindergarten but they go no higher in grades than that. I have a couple that I am going to look into but a couple of the schools I have been told about I didn't even know existed. I have done most of my research on the internet and neither of these schools was listed. If anyone knows of any private schools in the Mesquite area I would love your input. My daughter is an only child and I guess I'm overprotective of her but we would like to keep her in private school but we would also like her to be able to do extra curricular activities through the school if they offer that. Also cost is a concern also. I look forward to any responses.

My daughters Private school recommended this school to us last year. It's a new school and has a lot of great people working there. I plan on putting my 2 yr old there next year for preschool.

My name is J.. I'm not a mom, but my friend sent me the mamasource email. My brother and sister go to a Christian school on S. Beltline Rd. in Mesquite. It is called Mesquite Baptist Academy. It goes all the way up to 12th grade. As a matter of fact, I graduated from there. It is a really great school and uses the ABEKA curriculum. You would love it there.

Hi!! My kids attended Dallas Christian School in Mesquite and loved it. We do not live in Mesquite and had to drive about 40 minutes each way to get to school but it was worth it. Both of my kids have graduated and attend college but still stay in touch with their DC friends. I can't say enough good things about the school. Good luck with the school search!!!

I don't know ho far you are from Rowlett (Dalrock Rd), but Church In The City has a private school for K4-12. They have a football team along with other athletics. I am lookin into it now. It has small classes a diverse student and faculity. It really seems to have it all. If you live in Mesquite it is probably not that far from you. Check it out.
M., Dallas Christian Academy is in Mesquite off of Republic Parkway. There are several people I know whose kids attend that school and like it. They have a large sports team as well. Good luck.
