Need to Find White Noise CD to Hopefully Help 3 Month Old Sleep Better

We used a humidifier at times (mostly in winter) and fans at others (a floor fan, even faced away from her so it doesn't make her cold; I've put it in the hall outside the door as well---depends on how loud it is). This worked great for us with both girls.

It is hard not allowing her to cry it out...I know there are mixed opinions, but she is little and there is a reason she is calling for you. I couldn't do it either and from what I have researched...it is in the child's best interest not to have them 'cry it out' until closer to two, although your child should be sleeping more normally before then.

What about an air purifier? That's what we use and it works great. Just don't get one that says 'extra quiet'. :)

I got one when I ordered "Songs From Mommy's Heart". I never used it because the music cd worked so well. I'd be happy to mail you mine or leave it on my porch if you want to come to Far North Dallas to get it.

Before CD's there were cassette tapes, I would record myself reading a favorite story, telling stories of family times when I was young, or even telling my son how special he was, praying for him.....I would then play these tapes for him when I did not have time to read him a story at night and later found him putting them in to listen to them as he tried to go to sleep. Do you have the ability to record yourself on the computer and make your own CD?

A small table top fan works great. I have a daycare and use a fan to drown out house hold noise that goes on when the kids are sleeping and it works great.
