Has anyone ever used these to help with snoring? I have started snoring a lot. And while I don't notice it, it's greatly bothering my husband, lol. But at the same time, I wake up and don't feel like I've slept enough, no matter what time I went to bed and woke up. I'm trying to look for some OTC or home rememdies. I don't gasp or quit breathing in my sleep, so hopefully I'll never have to have that CPAP machine. Any advice would be appreciated!
I have used Breathe Right strips because I snore A LOT when I am pregnant! LOL. Husband says he notices a considerable difference. I also notice a difference in my breathing when I put them on, they really open up my nasal passages. I would try them first before doing anything else. Good luck :)
I swear by Breathe Right strips for my awful seasonal allergies. They are a lifesaver, especially during pregnancy because I can't take my allergy medicine. I think they would work great for snoring because they open up the nasal passage from the outside to help you breathe better. You do have to learn to apply them correctly, not too high on the bridge of the nose. Also, most people need the small/medium size not large. And the beige ones are more gentle than the clear plastic strips.
The breathe right strips work well. But Bandaids work just as well, just make sure it's sticky enough. I think the Curad brand.
yes i have and i love them. i have sleep apnea and i cant use the face masks, i dont like anything around my head or face. ive been using the breath right strips for over 2 years and i love them. good luck GMAJ J.

I recommend these highly. Though I don't snore, I have used them when I have had a cold and they work wonders. The breathe right strips make it so much easier to sleep. My husband has used them and they work.(If only he would use them every night.)lol.

As I was reading your request I was just taking off MY breathe right strip...seriously, I was! I wear one almost every night. I had nasal surgery about 6yrs ago to help me breathe, I have a really thin bridge and my nose gets clogged very easily. The surgery didn't work so good, but the breathe rights work perfectly for me. It gets a little expensive, but usually you can get some coupons. Anyway, it's good for me, hope it works for you.

I had the same problem with my husband, he would keep me up all night with his snoring. I bought the breathe right strips and they worked great. He sleeps and I get to sleep at the same time. Imagine that. Hope they work for you.
I bought my husband a pillow at JC Penneys made by Sleep Innovations. It helps a lot! My husband used the strips and they worked but he says it was uncomfortable so we went with this pillow and it seems to work very well.

They are AWESOME! I started snoring during the last 1/2 of my pregnancy(something to do with all the swelling) and they saved my husbands sanity!
