Can any one recommend a good service to clean our air ducts?
My kids keep getting coughs and I no other symptoms. We have hard wood floors and tons of dust!
I am hoping cleaning the ducts will help.

The best recommendation I can give you from our own experience is to call Dalton Environmental @ 1-800-675-2298.
A thorough duct cleaning will probably run close to $500+ or -, depending on the size of your home, but is good for five/six years. You will notice amazing results when the job is completed.
We continually suffered from cold/allergy type symptoms, especially in the winter. After Dalton was done, neither of us had a cold or suffered from chronic sneezing the following winter.
The sound of the debris coming from the duct system in our 7 year old home was chilling...Dalton said many of the building contractors just sweep the construction dust and particles right into the air duct systems rather than dispose of it properly. That's exactly what it sounded like...rubble in the ducts!
We also lowered the heat temperature at night which helped more than it hurt.
I think you'll see a dramatic difference in the indoor air quality of your home after having this done. Every one should have their ducts cleaned, especially if they're living in a new construction or an older home. Dalton was the best choice for us for a job well done.
