With a second child due in March, and time from 11-2 everyday, I'm looking for some playmates for our 2 year old son because he loves interacting with other children, yet also needs to hone his skills around the concept of sharing and turn taking :). Open to meeting at our place, the park, anywhere nearby Redwood City.

YOu should check out mmetup.com. I found two really great groups there that have a lot of activies at a lot of different times. You just pick and choose what you want to go. I have also meet a lot of really nice moms that i have made friends with.

There is a nonprofit mother's group you may be interested in. Las Madres does playgroups in homes and at parks. It is organized by geographic regions and run strictly by volunteers. My children and I have made great friends attending the events. Here is the web address: http://www.lasmadres.org
