Looking for Event Facility in Spring, Tx for My Daughter's 3Rd Birthday Party

There is Candyland Park in Conroe (I-45 & right before 105) and I believe they have pavillions. Northshore Park in The Woodlands also has 2/3 huge pavillions. I live in the same zip code. Does you neighborhood have a clubhouse to rent? The one in my section rents it; you decorate and clean up. Price depends on the time of day.
Also, does your church have a kitchen and/or great room? I have been to kids birthday parties where they held it at their church.
Check with some local hotels, they may have a room they will rent. Try the Marriott Residences Inn on Lake Front Circle Dr.

do you live in a subdivision with a clubhouse? most of them will rent out their clubhouses to residents for a small fee. Or find someone who lives in a neighborhood close by and see if you can rent theirs. usually the clubhouse is near the playground in the subdivision, so your party can include an indoor party area and the outdoor play area. good luck!

For my daughters 1st birthday, we rented a room at the Bear Branch Recreation Center in The Woodlands...it was the larger room & it only cost $40. Granted this was 4 years ago, but I'm sure they still rent out the rooms if they don't have anything already scheduled. The rec center was great because the Bear Branch park is right next door, so the kids were able to play & then come in and get cooled off with cake & ice cream. Samuel Matthews park in Tomball, just off 2920 and Huffsmith-Kohrville has air conditioned rooms with kitchen facilities. Our church group has had parties there for July 4th the last two years. I'm pretty sure it's free to use.

Do you know anyone that lives in an apartment complex that has a clubhouse? Those are sometimes available for free for residents. Also, not sure where in Spring you live, but there is a no-frills community building about 4 miles north of the 4 corners area in Tomball off FM249. Check out the county parks in your area. They usually have a website. Some have pavilions and air conditioned meeting rooms with small kitchens for a nominal cost. The last time I needed a facility in Harris County I made the reservation and give them a check for $125. After the even was over thye gave me back my check, uncashed.
