I agree with the post below me. Dr. Huff Peeler at the Ruch Clinic. He is the BEST! He always makes me feel very comfortable. I am seriously over-weight and he has never made me feel bad for it like some other dr's have. He gives his suggestions and lets it rest. I know some people only want a girl, but I really trust Dr. Peeler.

He delivered my baby and my Niece and Nephew. He also delivered a good friend's baby.

If you don't go to Dr. Peeler, let me tell you one to stay AWAY from. Dr. Manajwala I forget what group he is with, but he is a jerk and really makes me uncomfortable.

I agree with both Meg & Jenny - Dr. Huff Peeler w/ the Ruch Clinic in Memphis is great! However, if you prefer a woman then Dr. Chauhan(? - pronounced SHO-HAWN)is with the Ruch Clinic also. I saw her a few times and she was A+ in my book as well.

I have had Dr. Heather Chauhan at Ruch Clinic (Baptist Women's & G'town Methodist) for my last 2 babies. I don't have experience with a C-section, but I LOVE her gentle nature and calm approach. Also at Ruch Clinic is Dr. Carol Lynn. She's very sweet and did an excellent job on my firstborn son's circumcision. Avoid Dr. Diane Long if you need someone who is kind and patient.

Dr. Huff Peeler at Ruch Clinic.

I was a high risk pregnancy both times, and he delivered both of them by C-Section. First was an emergency the second was planned.

He is very kind, and patient. He works at Baptist Women's hospital or Methodist Germantown.

I go to obgyn specialist on poplar. I have seen most of the doctors in the group. Dr. Moise did my first c-section and she also did my mom's with my sister which was 16 years earlier. She was great and I havent seen a doctor in the group I didnt like ( the group is all women)

Hi A.,

I am also a mother of two and I had to have two C-sections with both of my boys. My doctor was a man- however I have never felt more comfortable and cared for by another doctor in the feild. He did a wonderful job on my c-section and also removed a questionable mole just because he said he wanted to play it on the safe side. It was the best birth experience ever- and the only major discomfort I had was when the nurse put the IV in my arm. Other than that- the whole thing was a breeze. His name is doctor Thayer and the hospital is Saint Francis off of Poplar and Ridgeway. I hope you find the right doctor for you and I hope your delivery goes amazingly well like mine did.
