Has anyone tried Lipo 6? If so, what formula did you use and what were your results? I am thinking of trying Lipo 6 to help lose weight but I am not sure which formula or if there is a better diet pill to get quick results. I really want something to help jump start my weight loss so that I will feel better about myself and feel more like exercising. Right now I don't have the drive and motivation to really get started. I think this will help give me the boost that I need. Any feedback is welcome!!!

What can I do next?

I am 31 yrs old and had seven surgeries over 3 years and put on about 45lbs. I have taken it all off. I have used a combination of regular exersice, sensisable eating and I had help with the last 15lbs from nutrtional supplements. The quick fix pills are not going to help you long term and are not good for your heart which is already suffering if you are more than 20lbs over weight. The old fashion way is easier and less expensive than people think and you will feel great about accomplishing your goals this way. I had a nutritionist and a personal trainer, but you don't have to do that.

1st- clean the junk out of your cabinets, no one in your family should be eating that
2nd- shop only on the outside ring of the grocery and go no further than 6 feet down the isles
3rd- always be moving (brushing your teeth, standing in line, watching TV)
4th- review any medications your on with the doctor that perscribes them and the pharmasist, they can be sabateurs, and sometimes there are other options you can try
5th - get support (friends, family, therapist)
6th- find an activity you enjoy and then do it often.(I walk and play Wii)

7th-eat as many veggies as possible (I have simple recipie I use for nachos, tacos, pita pockets, and sloppy joes if you'ld like it)

In May of 2008 I became a Melaleuca customer. That has made an incredible difference in the health of my entire family, even the dog. I'm happy to talk to you more about any of this, please feel free to e-mail me directly.

We can do it!

Hey J., sorry I have never used that product, but I will tell you what works best for me. Adipex works good although you have to get it from a doctor. Also with the diet pill I do the low carb diet. It works wonderful for quick results. I lost 36 pds in six weeks once. I cut out all white stuff. sugar, flour, pasta, rice. and you will feel like you are melting. Oh yeah and of course drink water, water water. you can do kim kins or atkins..... good luck.

I'm also a stay @ home mama/aerobics instructor/personal trainer.....I have tried Lipo 6 almost 4 years ago and still take it off and on now. The original formula, not the women's or the extreme. It certainly helped me to find that energy especially after taking care of children all day then getting time in for myself at the gym. I took it after my first child and then my second. I have lost 40lbs after this last one and have kept it off over a year now. I also combined weight watchers for my eating habits. It will still take time and go slower than you wish but it will happen and you will be successful.

I've never tried Lipo 6 but if it's like every other diet pill I've tried with the exception of Alli it probably just gives you more energy....and that you can get with a B-12 supplement ;) It might in your mind give you a boost but if you really don't have the commitment then if you are anything like me it will just peter out & back to unhealthy habits. Try to think of it as something you "have" to do and cut out the excuses.

I do weight watchers and have lost over 100 pounds on it so far. I have 39 pounds to go and my goal is 145..I'll have my first anniversary in May :D

If you are set on a pill though I do recommend Alli. It will keep you on the straight and narrow lol

I've been on many diets & never heard of Lipo 6. Would love to hear more about it. Sorry I can't help you other than saying to count calories & stay away from fat, get plenty of exercise & drink lots of water.

Hi J.,
What type of motivation are you looking for?

We have a $100,000 challenge underway and it's not too late for you. More than that though, I personally feel, the support and resources are incredible.

You can learn about the weight loss program at: http://www.CinchInches.com If you are interested in learning more or get more info on the challenge, you can email me directly at: ____@____.com

I've been on the program and love the shakes. I now am on the maintenance plan.

Good luck with your search but please consider that losing weight rapidly is not a good thing for your body (though I definitely understand the sentiment behind it).

How about something better than a quick-fix diet pill? OsoLean powder helps control hunger, but it's main property is that it targets fat. Clinical studies show that those on OsoLean lost the same amount of weight but twice as much FAT as women on the same diet and exercise plan. That means inches off the waist and abdomen, especially. It is not only safe -- it's good for your bones! I personally lost two inches off my waist. I'm a weight loss coach and I recommend it to all my clients. Feel free to visit my Web site: www.susanjordanbrown.com. I have a fat loss blog there and a free downloadable booklet on the best, most effective way to lose weight.
