I am officially cancer FREE!!! Whoo Hoo Finally some GOOD news for a change! How should I go celebrate?

Congratulations! I battled breast cancer last year and I've been cancer free for a year (completed chemo a year ago). So happy for you and your family. Go on a VACATION!!! :-)

YAY! Awesome! Go do something you couldn't do when you were in chemo, herceptin, etc. Like, my mom can't ride her bike like she wants to right now b/c of her energy and oxygen level, but if she was cancer free that's the first thing she'd do.

Clean living is so important so it doesn't creep up again. Sugar, processed foods, dairy and stuff like that just love cancer.
