I'm glad you asked the question because I hate wearing nylons too, and have the same problem. I'll be interested to see your responses.

If they aren't open toe shoes, you can get ped like stockings. I use them all of the time. 3 years ago, I found a couple of pairs that you can wear with open toed shoes too, but I haven't been able to find them since (luckily, I bought 3 or 4 pair, so I'm ok until they wear out)

feet sweat more without socks. You can buy those new footie socks that are made for dress shoes. wear longer skirts or slacks and wear trouser socks.

Sears has a whole line of different styles of "Peds." Peds is a brand name and I think Sears carries a different brand. Target also has them.

I also recommend using a powder or perhaps corn starch to absorb the moisture.
