Hello All!

A few of my housekeepers at the hotel I work at recommended Fabuloso cleaner for some MAJOR stains where my dog got sick on Sunday. I borrowed the carpet cleaner from the hotel and they said to add like 2 cups the cleaner and Hot water, and that would take care of my carpet. THEY WEREN'T KIDDING!!! That stuff is amazing!! I was also told I can use it all over, someone said to dilute it with water in a spray bottle to clean counters. My question is does it disinfect? I have a 10 month old crawler, and I was scared to ever put her back down. Upon researching the product, all over they say that is gentle on skin when you are cleaning with it, etc.. I cleaned my sons bathroom with it, and have never seen it shine like that! Give it a try!

My cleaning lady recommended it 7 years ago and it smells amazing! We use it in the kitchen or anywhere we need a "squirt" of cleaner. I put it in a spray bottle and dilute it. Just last week I saw a big jug of it for sale at Lowes, otherwise I get the tall skinny bottle at Wal-mart or grocery store. I've never tried it on the carpet, but I will now!

The only question I have - is how safe is it for kids/pets? If it has any kind of bleach (or any other kinds of chemicals/toxins), it is not safe. I know you have to be so careful with anything that a child/baby/pet can smell or touch too much. That's why I use all natural (green) products...no harmful fumes or anything that will harm their skin.

I have a 4 year old and 1 1/2 old Chocolate Lab and I've used it for years and there both are still doing fine. Good Luck!

I love the stuff too, but when I mop with it...my floors are sticky no matter how little I used, so I went back to mopping with lemon fresh clorox (I am a bleach freak anyway)....

Other than that...I agree!! I love the stuff and it smells great!!!

I got the blue one (not sure what scent) but it was stinky!! Blech. I didn't smell it before leaving the store but when I got it home I just couldn't use it. Reading now what a great cleaner it is, though, I feel compelled to try a different scent. I love my Lysol, though, so it'll be a tough sell. :)

I recently bought some Bissell Oxy Pro Pet at Wal Mart that has amazed me. You don't have to do anything to it except spray and wait for a few minutes and blot - not scrub, just blot up to dry I guess. It is great for a quick stain when you don't want to get out a lot of stuff and only have a few minutes. I even spilled ravioli on the carpet and it took it right out. It does not say anything on the label as far as being harmful to pets or children but since it is for pets, I would assume it is safe.

I never used it, but now I might give it a shot. I was going to reply to this about your baby. I use the Clorox Anywhere spray or the Pampers Clean n Play. They are both safe for kids!
