Behavior Issues in 6 Year Old Girl, Disrespect, Drama, Yelling

I am a little afraid to ask this question, having just read a ton of judgemental comments responding to a mom who blogged about a chaotic trip to a restaurant, but here goes. My daughter's attitude is getting increasingly disrespectful toward me. She's 6 and has a brother who's 21 months. She's starting to say things like, "I hate you" "I don't care" and she's yelling at the slightest provocation, when she doesn't get what she wants. How to Correct Bad Behaviors

My boys are pretty hyper, defiant, whiny, rough with each other, tattle tellers, and they cry for every little thing.I don't know what else to do. We are moving into our very first house and want new beginnings. However or whenever I try to explain they say or do some thing that sets of my triggers. Who Has 20 Toys or Less for Their Child, Less Clothing Less Stuff?

Does anyone have 20 toys or less for their child? I am trying to simplify our life and the toys. I was looking for suggestions we have about 15 plus the trucks/cars and plastic animals along with a play kitchen that she is learning to cook while I cook. How do you live simple?
