Mom MR is correct, weight loss supplements wreck havoc on your body, when you hit menopause...it will be extremely difficult to lose weight b/c you messed with your metabolism early on in your life. Losing weight after menopause is even more challenging. Most people have a hard time losing weight b/c they are deprived of minerals and nutrients needed to nourish the body properly, so your body holds onto body fat as a survival mechanism, this also happens when we we don't eat enough calories.
I do one on one women's wellness consultations focusing on weight loss. I create an 8-10 page report/program designed for your individual needs. I also address sleep, stress, exercise and diet, b/c all is needed for successful weight loss. I started off as a nutrition major in college, but changed to exercise physiology (certified trainer), then went on to get a Master's in Public Health in Health Education.
