Does anyone know of any "new homes" or lots for sale in Flower Mound? What area should we look for new homes?
Edited to add: We all ready have a realtor to view pre-owned homes. But we are also interested in brand spankin' new homes that are in the process of being built or build from the ground up.
There are some new homes going up in The Sanctuary, which is right next to Wellington. I live in Wellington and love it. Another area with new homes (but pricey) is Chimney Rock. There are new homes going up across from FMHS too... but I hate the name of the subdivision, it sounds silly to me... Diamond Belle Estates. And I think their entrance looks cheesey. And Adam's Estates too (also very expensive).

We live off Gerault and there are new homes being built on Spinx. I know a family on our street just purchased a lot as they wanted a bigger home. I believe the development is "Bella Strada".

We live in the Wellington area and there are a lot of new homes. I really like Flower Mound the schools are really good and lots of nice friendly people.
Look just north of flower mound in Lantana. www.lantanatx.com, I think. If you will take 2499 north to FM 407, then take that left, Lantana will be on your right about a mile or so down. It's a fantastic family-friendly neighborhood with pools, parks, trails, etc. Plus there are many new builders in this summer that are pushing good deals.
