hi moms has anyone tried this, ive searched reviews and saw the video and just couldnt help myself.......and i just orderd it.....i hope i didnt make a mistake.....
but i wanted to talk with someone that has used it.....mine comes in the mail in 7-10days
i have thre boys 5,4 and 15mo old......and i have lost most of the weight but still have a few pounds i just cant shed ....with my husband working crazy long hours i just dont have the time to even go to a free gym that my neighborhood offers.......i do walk my son to and from school weather permitting....and it just doesnt cut it.....so i have always heard pilaties is a great way to tone and lose weight.....
any incite?????

I did the dvds 5x a week after I had my first son. They did wonders, and I enjoyed it. I got to a weight lower than before I got pregnant.

After my 2nd son, I haven't been able to lose those last few pounds :(

But the DVDs are really good. I still have mine, but haven't viewed them in a long time.

I"ve had the videos for years! They do work. It's not really cardio or anything, but it's good for toning up. If you are able to do it everyday then I think it's a great thing. I actually just started doing it again too and it feels really good!

It is great as long as you take the time to do the workouts. You will see results. My girlfriend borrowed mine when she was getting married. Wow! My teenage daughter already looked great even looked better.
As for me I was really over weight. It was great. And everyone talks about how it changes your life in the bedroom....Enjoy your personal workout at home. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Updated Get rid of your remote for your tv and you will notice the difference too. Try it even for a month.

I do not know about pilates but hear wonderful things. You can also get your body in great condition by continuing your school walk, incorporating even a few minutes of the pilates and use your body as an exercise machine while you work at home. Seriously, begin doing flexing while you bend for laundry. up and down Buying milk in the store and my husband gets embarrassed but do not worry it also works with twelve packs. Do repetitions with your arms. Lift up and down. Perhaps start slow, such as a half gallon and a six pack if you want hubby happy. In line you can do twelve reps. Each side. Always carry your own groceries in. I find that although I love my husband helping me, I want to keep my arms from becoming flabby. Hold stomach in as much as possible. Sitting? Do leg lifts. So while pilates might be the official fun part of your exercise, it takes all day every day to keep in really good shape. I guarantee you will see the difference no matter what you do...good luck and enjoy those little ones, they grow so fast!

I am a personal trainer and in my opinion Mari Windsor is the best instructor on video.

I love Winsor Pilates! It works! Even if it seems hard in the beginning, do as much as you are physically able and don't get discouraged! By the end of the week you will be stronger and able to do more. It's really a wonderful method.

I have the Winsor Pilates tapes and I love em! It is def a workout on on your abs and legs! You will be more flexible and feel much about yourself! Good luck!
