Clothing Stains

I have had luck soaking stained clothes in a bucket of water with Biz, but sometimes the clothes bleed onto other clothes and I can't get the colors that have bled out of the other clothes or the lighter parts of the same clothes. For example, a pair of dark green PJs have white on them and the green has bled onto the white and also onto other clothes they were soaking with. Any suggestions mamas? Thanks!

What can I do next?

Not sure if this will work for you but it's worth a try.

For my babies stained cloths I soak her cloths in:
1 cup clorox 2
1/2 cup powder dishwasher soap
Deluted in a large bucket of water.

Soak overnight and and dump all including the soapy water in the wash and wash as normal.
This has gotten stained baby cloths that has been in storage for a couple of years good as new.
Good luck

do you know the brand "Rit" dyes for fabric, they have a "white out" or similar named product for this.

I'm not sure about fixing the clothes that have already bled beyond washing them enough times, but I've always had luck with soaking my children's clothes in a bucket of Oxyclean and a bit a laundry detergent until the stains are gone. I've been able to soak out stains I've missed after laundering and also old stains from clothes handed down. Hope this helps and good luck!

I use Nature Bright by Shaklee for soaking clothes. I've never had any bleeding, but I am careful to soak things with colors for a shorter time period than whites or pastels. It works amazing and is safe! Shaklee's Fresh Laundry liquid doubles as a spot treatment and it works better than anything I've ever tried. I've even gotten out some set in stains. I love this because I can treat spots on clothes and I don't have to soak them. So, no worries about bleeding. Since it's a liquid you can treat bigger areas too.

Let me know if you'd like any further information or have any questions.

Sensaria's Citrus Cleaner gets ALL stains out and is a wonder throughout the house. I use it on all stains, as my laundry detergent, clean in the kitchen, the windows, you name it and to wash my fruits and vegetables. It is even on sale this month for $15 which means after you dilute it, about $0.60 a bottle (makes up to 32 bottles). Phosphate-free, non-alkaline, biodegradable with a one-year guarantee. I have a diluted bottle at my kitchen sink, full strength one at my front load washer and an extra unopened one on hand.

I am a representative for Sensaria because of the products and what they have done for my acne, my daughter's eczema, and my husband's dandruff and dry skin. I also give a first time customer discount:o)
