What is your favorite park to take your young children to in Frisco? I'm also interested in any spray grounds that are available.

What can I do next?

There are 2 spray parks in Frisco that I know of. One West of the Tollway (off of Teal, I think) and one East of the Tollway just west of the intersection at Rolater and Coit. I have been to the later...my son is just about to be 14 months and he loves it. I have found it to be really nice. There is a covered pavillion and a small playground with climbing toys adjacent to it. School starts back in 2 weeks and I think they close the spray park at labor day.
I found them on the city of Frisco Parks and Rec website...there were maps to show you more specific directions if you are interested.
Welcome to town.

I have two daughters 2 & 5 and our favorite park is Frisco Commons or as my daughters call it...The Castle Park. It is located at 8400 McKinney Road. Here is the City website for parks: http://friscotexas.gov/departments/Parks_Recreation/index...

We really enjoy Harold Bacchus Park. It is located off of Main, east of Preston. It is just past Coit road if you are heading east on Main. My husband and I take our son out there and sometimes our dog. We love it because there are several play areas to choose from and wide open fields to run around in. (Very Clean) We don't have a very big back yard, so we take a ball out there and our almost 2 year old son can run free all over the place.

Frisco commons is by far my son's favorite. We also go to a small new park-J.R Grant (by Spears elementary School). It has a nice clean playground and several picnic tables, also a walking/jogging/biking trail nearby; and a nice playground next to Clark Middle/Smith Elementary Schools.
