Too Early to Potty Train?

My son is 21 months old and refuses to stop pulling off his diapers. He has even gone as far as to poop on the floor twice. He has peed on the floor many times. The problem is that he won't tell me WHEN he has to go so I can potty train him. He doesn't go to the bathroom and if I put him on his potty, he doesn't do anything in the potty. Are these just the first stages of an interest in potty training? Sam's Club Formula

I have an 11 week old formula fed baby.(I was not able to breastfed as I never got milk in after three weeks) She currently uses Similac Advance with Iron and it seems to do very well for her. She is healthy and happy. I have a friend, however, who swears by the Sam's Club formula that is the same as Enfamil with LIpil. I was wondering if anyone had tried this formula and how they liked it. Also, is it hard to switch a formula.
