Weird Stomach Pains

I've been having these weird twinges of pain in my abdomen for the last two days. They are just quick twinges that come and go. I haven't been nauseous, but have not had much of an appetite (which is really unusual for me). Could it be some type of a bug, or something else going on?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Thanks all. It must have been a bug, because the pains went away. I am definitely not pregnant, but yes, the pains did kind of remind me of round ligament pain too!

it would help to know the location. Draw an imaginary line straight up and down through the belly button and the straight across. Which quadrant is the pain in? Does it shoot from one location to another? Does it feel like a little localized stab, or more of an ache?

Is it possible you could be pregnant? With my last 2 pregnancies, I had the "round ligament pain", which felt like twinges or the muscle pulling in my abdomen. I didn't know what it was at first....until I found out I was pregnant!

There is a bug going around here in Vegas. My husband and daughter are both home with a slight fever averaging 100.03, vomiting, and coughing. Oh and the usual body aches.

Have you seen a doctor. You probably have a bug. Maybe you're pregnant.
