we have been trying to conceive since august 25th. all day today I have a really strange never felt before "burning" sensation in my lower abd. I do understand its only been 10 days since we started and within that time period we had sex 5 times.
I never get a reg. period. last one was april which was brought on by hormone pills. this would be my second child when I get pregnant so I know I can conceive. im just wondering if anyone has ever experience this feeling before??
thanks! its been going on all day. some ppl told me it could be implantation pain? or ovulation?

What can I do next?

A burning sensation WHERE in your lower abdomen? Because that matters. It could be anything or something or nothing. Why are you asking "some ppl" that "told you" it could be implantation pain when your OB/GYN would be able to help and tell you what it might be depending on the exact location, duration, and type of pain?

Go see your doctor and ask a professional.
Could be anything. Could be gas, could be an infection, could be you're pregnant. No way to tell unless you are seen in person and looked at by a professional.

Implantation pain is usually cramps and a backache.

A burning sensation down below? I don't know who "some ppl" is but you need to see a doctor. Could be an infection or STD.
ETA: you say you have no STDs but when were you last tested? And was it a full panel? You can't be so dismissive and defensive if you're trying to get pregnant. If you DO have something it could harm your baby, get tested!
