Shark Steam Mop - Orwigsburg,PA

We have the original Steam Shark for over 5yrs now and absolutely love it! Its been great on tile/grout, hardwood and other non-carpet flooring. At first, we didn't believe it was cleaning and would 'test' it, but it proved itself time and time again. I keep hoping for something to happen to it, so I can justify buying the new one. It dries instantly, faster than any other method of liquid-cleaning. Not only do other cleaners have chemicals, but they leave a residue that attracts and holds dirt. You won't have that with the Steam Shark.

I just got one too! I love it! Works great on my wood and laminate. I haven't found it leaving my floors wet at all. We're able to walk on them almost immediately. :-)

I have been doing a little research on this type of machine. I think if you read everything they are made for laminate and wood floors. You got the one I want and all the main areas in my house are laminate (fake wood) floors!
Come back and tell me how it works, as this is a near future purchase for me!!

I have "real" wood floors and I use it all the time. I LOVE it!

It will eventually seep into the floor and ruin it! Faster if it is laminate then actual wood. It forces the moisture into the wood. We just had a water main break in our home and are needing to replace all of our custom oak floors on our main floor. ;( Insurance not pay for a custom floor so we have to get the hardwood. I plan to put a few coats of poly on it to completely seal it. It is 'finished', but the cracks between the boards are not 'sealed' and water can get forced in.

I use it all the time on my wood floors,tile it dries fast.I'm on my second steam machine and Love it.

Oh, I want one of these SOOO bad. I HATE to mop more than anything in the world! But I only have tile, hope it works for you.

Thank you for asking this question---I would love to know as well. I asked Santa for one but didn't get it this year. I was hoping to get myself one sometime in the near future. Please let us know what you find out.
