I'm not sure but if you find one PLEASE let me know as I,too, am seeking a Moms group in central dallas area. My son is 5 mos old and my neighbor girlfriend has a 7 mo old girl. :)

Dallas Area Moms is okay, but you have to be a member for a certain amount of time (as long as it takes to post 100 messages) before you can join in any playgroups. I know of a lot of moms looking for playgroups. I'm inclined to start one... If anyone wants to push me to take that step, then send me a private message with your email address and/or phone number. I'll see if I can get something going. For comfort, I'll also suggest public meeting places until we get to know eachother.

FYI - I have a 15 mo old son and live in Dallas proper.

I am looking for a group also and plan on emailing Cindy about starting one, but bar that happening. You might look at the Lakewood area group, which I am currently considering. I don't live in Lakewood, but they accept outside families. Their website is www.lecpta.org. Their only downside is that they want you to volunteer to work the Lakewood Home Festival. Hmmmmmm we'll see.
