Hi Moms, My son wears boys size 14/16 the problem is I cannot find pants that are long enough. The tall sizes are either for husky kids or slim kids, my son is average size other than height. He likes to wear athletic pants. Does anyone know where I can find pants for a tall kid? I live in CT. Thank you.

You may have to go to a men's size so you can get him the right length. American Eagle(ae.com) also has small waist sizes with longer lengths.
Try old navy. They don't say "tall" on the label, but they tend to run tall
When I was in 7th grade my mom finally broke down and bought me 27x36 student cut Levi's. I still cant find women's pants to fit me.
Check out the Gap and Levis' or Lee's online. Also Land's End allows you to order waist size and specify exact length.
Here's the GREAT thing about mens clothes/pants... they go by waist and length.
As long as your son will fit into a 28/28 (which I *think* is a boys size 14) you'll have a super easy time of it at any store.
