We have a gorgeous, but cluttered 2BR condo that we need to sell ASAP. We are looking for a realtor who is familiar with the Evanston market who can help us accomplish this. We know we need to de-clutter, but we could really use help with staging, and some creative ideas to get people in our door in this sluggish market.

Excellent, seasoned Realtor (grew up in the area) and has a woman Architect, who also does Interior Design, he works with who will consult with you and itemize a Plan for your particular situation. You get the declutter advice AS WELL AS architectural and design insight as to the best staging or minimum improvements you can do to get top dollar.
For a two BR she could easily work up a Master Plan for you, in an hour, unless you are incredibly chatty and need a longwinded explanation. She cuts to the chase and does not drag it out.
