My 27 month old son is currently using Pampers Baby Dry diapers at night (Pull-Ups during the day) and has been waking up soaking wet almost 80% of the time. This can't be normal, right???? Is there a better diaper that we should try? Any insight or recommendations would be appreciated
Both my children sleep 11+ hours a night without any diaper leaks. I use "Huggies Overnight" diapers on each of them, plus I add a "Diaper Doubler" in the diaper. "Diaper Doubler" is is just like a maxi-pad, but it doesn't have the sticky adhesive. You can find them at Babies R Us (the Dominick's near us no longer carries them).
11-12 hours is a long time to stay in one diaper -- but this worked for us. Good luck!!
we always used Luvs at night and never had any problems, but maybe you should cut off his liquids an hour or two before bed...that might help...good luck
I agree with the Huggies Overnights. My twins wear Pampers Cruisers during the day which work great, but they are terrible at night. Someone recommended the Huggies to me and I've never been happier! I've had many types of diapers "explode" on me, but never the Huggies Overnights.
Huggies Overnights are great.We also use them when we are traveling. Also we put a onesie on to keep it all in :)
Try going up a larger size? Our son has always worn a larger size of Pampers Baby Dry at night and we rarely have a problem.
