New LOCAL Pediatrician Needed

I just wanted to share with you that I go to Cockrell & McIntosh in Blue Springs In St. Mary's Medical Building and I see Stacey Sharpe or Michelle Roach. I like the both of them very much because they are so very personal with you and very friendly. They also will have an answer for you on any question that you ask and if they don't have one they will find out and either call you or have one of the nurses call you back with the answers. And I do believe that they take Blue Care but you could call and find out for sure.

Hi, I take my kids to Dr. Michelle McIntosh at Cokerell and McIntosh they have an office at St. Mary's medical building, and on Winner road in Indep. I saw Dr. McIntosh when I was a child, which is why I took my kids to her. She remembers me, my brother, my family etc... and it's been YEARS since I've seen her! You'd have to call about the insurance though. The other Dr's at both offices are good as well. When you call to make appointments, just make sure to specify which Dr. you want to see everytime. My three kids go to Lee's Summit Physicians Pediatric group. There are a variety of pediatricians and they are all a little different so you can find one that fits our style of medicine. I will say Dr. Jennifer Sauer is our favorite hands down. She is very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and takes time to talk to the parent to get all of the information before giving a diagnosis. She makes us feel a part of the solution, not just a uninformed parent. They also have daily urgent care hours when you really need to get your child in ASAP. My regular dr is Dr Anna Wagner in Blue Springs.. ###-###-####). I love her to death and recently found out that she is also a pediatrician! I'm SOOOO excited!! I have been taking my two boys to Independence Pediatrics and have the same problem seeing different dr's everytime so from now on we will definitely be going to Dr Wagner. She is so kind and takes the time for EVERY QUESTION you have! And she NEVER rushes you... I can't say enough about her! WE LOVE HER! (She's beautiful too! :) Not that it matters but she is! LOL!)

I know that you said you wanted a doc in the Blue Springs area. As a last resort my child's peds is located at St. Joseph Hospital off of 435 and Wornall. She is absolutely wonderful. Her name is Dr. Cullens and she is the only one. She runs her own practice. Her number is ###-###-####. Thanks.

We have an awesome family practitioner...Dr. Gregory Markway...he's in Independence...off of 24 highway. He's wonderful. He takes his time with you and answers all your questions and is very endearing with children. My daughter (7) loves him.
