Hi F.. sorry for what you must be going through. It is hard to be out of work on top of caring for a beautiful daughter with special needs. Humbly, I think your question depends on 1. what you want for yourself and 2. what you want for your daughter. Can you manage without a job? Can you work from home? Do you have help from family or friends in caring for your daughter?

Only you can answer for yourself.

Best of Luck, Jilly

Def! BUT that doesn't mean you can't do something that would fit your schedule so you could work not only when you want to work, but when your can. I started my own Mary Kay business about 2 years ago and left my full time job with Toyota in March. Its been great and I work around my family and personal schedule. Find something you love!

Are each of these therapies on different days?
Do you go to the same places or different places?
How old is your daughter?
Can she travel, via a special shuttle, without you?
You live in a very large city.
I'm guessing that your city or county
may have some kind of transportation service for handicapped people.
Are you getting any financial support from your daughter's father?
Or from county or state sources?
There may be some ways to make this work,
depending on her age, the locations of the therapy, etc.
Does she sit in a special kind of seat in the car?
I wonder if you could work out an arrangement of some sort
with, for example, a college student(s) to do some of the driving.
Students who are in a nursing or PT curriculum.
Have you spoken to a career guidance service
at a community college?
There may be people who can help you sort through the options.

I am assuming "cp" stands for Cerebral Palsy for the person who asked before. I would stay at home with her as much as I could, but I don't know your financial situation.
