October 20th, the Parent Involvement Committee of my daycare is hosting a Mom's Night Out Party & Christmas Bazaar. I am organizing the event and am in the process of lining up vendors.
The Details: Vendors will pay a $25 fee to set up a booth with their products. This is a soft-sell environment only. Party-goers will spend the evening drinking wine, eating snacks, browsing booths - with the intention of getting their Christmas orders in and generally having a fun time shopping all the "home businesses" without having to attend a party. Ideally, we want to support mom-run home-businesses. I already have a few vendors, like Arbonne, Pampered Chef, and we won't allow duplicate vendors, but I'm looking to fill some blanks - I am especially in need of crafts. Vendors can choose to run their booth however they want - can have product there, can have samples and take orders, etc.
