here are a few ideas of what my daughter eats:
1. steamed salmon with mashed cauliflower
2. chicken vienna sausage chopped in spaghetti o's original
3. turkey spam (chopped) with peas or mixed veggies and gold fish crackers.
4. macaroni and cheese with well chopped roasted chicken breast
5. roasted red pepper hummus with cucumbers
6. deli turkey meat with cheese stick, yogurt, and wheat tortilla or wheat bread.

Try baked tofu cut into cubes - a good little protein boost.

My 16 mo loves chicken salad, grilled cheese, spaghetti, ham, peanut butter crackers, chicken (any kind). I just read an article in Parenting magazine about this being a tough age to feed.
