I live near quebec and parker road and my kids go to school around monaco and hampden..... long and short of story is I am taking in my sisters 2 yr old while she does amilitary transfer and I need to find good quality ( possibly christian ) childcare asap for while he is here... my kids are older and all the good stuff Ican think of doesnt take kids that young :( all help would be appreciated... even some time of mdo program ect
There is a website called qualistar.org. You can go there to find great daycares. It's a non profit organization that pre screens childcares and only posts qualified centers and homes on their site. You can type in the zipcode or city you are looking in, ages of kids, and all sorts of other factors to narrow down the search. I love this site and reccomend it to everyone.
There is a church on the NE corner of Monaco and Hampden (I don't know the name), and I believe they offer childcare for children that young. I had a friend whose oldest went there before they moved out of state, and she was quite happy with it.
Otherwise, my son goes to Iliff Preschool and I would HIGHLY recommend it. It's not religion-based, and I'm not sure what you're looking to spend, but it's worth checking out.

My children (both under 3) go to Primrose. Although they at in a Lone Tree location, there are several to check out. I have loved it there and been continually impressed with the quality of care and education they have received. The only drawback is the price - a bit high.
my kids went to the Schlessman YMCA at Yale and Colo but they have other locations - wonderful program - my son started at 17 months and stayed there until he went to kindergarten.
