Good afternoon Mamas. I have been going crazy looking for a new place to live. So I was wondering if any of you have heard or know of apartments/condos/townhomes for rent in the Schaumburg/Streamwood/Hanover Park/Roselle area. Here's what I need: 1 or 2 bedroom home that accepts cats preferably with a private entrance. I'm not looking to spend more then $950 a month. I will be ready to move in by April 1st. My problem? I was stupid when I was younger and messed up my credit. I'm trying to rebuild it now but it's slow going.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Well, better late then never! My daughter and I found the most gorgeous condo and rented it and moved in last month- all thanks to the most wonderful Realtor on the planet- Kelly Ekstrom. She was amazing and we are so happy in our new home!

I know its not the neighborhood but still close. I live in addison my landlord will have a third floor 1 bedroom open soon as the tenant is moving in with his girlfriend. Its an 11 unit building I beleive it would be 575 no lease no security deposit and all you pay is electric, joint shared back balcony. My sister and I both live there with our little girls soon to be 4 and my neice is 5. We enjoy doing building BBQ's in the summer. If your interested call my landlord so he can get it ready by then. ###-###-#### Mr G.

Spring Hill Apartments in Roselle should meet your price criteria. They are currently converting to condos, but are only about a 1/3 sold. They are located just off of Irving Park Rd about 3/4 mile west of Medinah Rd. I believe they go to Medinah schools and there is a community playground/park right behind the property. There phone is ###-###-#### (you can talk to Donna or Debbie) and let them know S. Smith referred you or you can email me with any more questions.

Hello A.,
I grew up in Streamwood and now live in Lake In The Hills. I just recently became a stay at home mom, but wanted to do something part time so I became a buyer's agent for Century 21 in Huntley. I could do some searches for you if you are interested and then show you the places that are available. There is no fee or commission paid by you. I just did a search for $950 and under that accepts pets, 2 condos and 1 townhome came up. Let me know if you would like me to help you out.

Building next door to me has a for rent sign. I'm in Roselle near Irving Park and Roselle Rd. It's a duplex. It has a separate entrance, back yard, garage, close to the park. I don't know what it looks like inside, but they put in new carpet and remodeled after the previous renters moved out. They do accept pets, because the previous renters had 2 dogs. I don't know how much they want for it, but it's been on the market for a while, so I'm guessing they are willing to negotiate, just to get someone in there....
If it sounds good, I'll get the number for you....
