My BFF is getting married on Feb 2nd. She is still looking for a minister/officiant to perform the ceremony (in Frisco). She is on a tight budget.
Please let me know if anyone knows someone that can perform it.

Says that weddings are done upon request. Doesn't give a price. Here in VA there is a set minimal fee of $50 plus travel expenses that they are allowed to charge. Hopefully it is something similar for TX.

I'm assuming this is Frisco Texas (north of Dallas). Anyway, what about a JP? Some of them will go to places outside the courtroom.. I don't know what they would cost, though. Also, there are places you can get a license to marry online... my daughter's FIL was married by their friend.... he got the online license.

Try PWG com, they have all kinds of services. Officiants are not always that expensive, but they are a definite must have!
In some states you can have a friend get privileges to officiate and have them do it. Ever see that episode of Friends where Joey does it for Monica & Chandler? Check to see what CA requires, I would imagine they're more relaxed and would allow someone to get certified online the way NY does. Almost worked for us in VA but the person we wanted to officiate lives out of state and that caused a problem :(
Go into search and put in Wedding Officiant. Ask a lot of questions. If I were closer I would be happy to perform the ceremony. I charge $150 for weddings within 25-30 miles from me. Anything further away and I charge for milage and hotel room if needed. I am willing to help with the planning and pulling together the last week or two and offer suggestions for bakers, music, dress shops ect.
