J., I'm not sure what part of Topeka your in , but my hairdresser is in south Topeka, on South Topeka Blvd. Her name is Tina Harrington and she works in the Island Tan Store. Tina is a great person and has two kids of her own and will talk to you like she's know you for years. And she is GREAT with Kids too, My son is 3 and has been going to her since he was one. She is Very good with him and he loves to get his hair cut.

I am a nail tech and have worked with several hairdressers. In my opinion, the best one in Topeka is Tara Madinger. She works at the JC Penney's salon in Westridge mall. She works Wed -Sun and the number to the salon is ###-###-####. She is awesome with color and cuts.
