My daughters school dose teacher apprecahtion lunches, They do one every month but its only certian teachers a month. This month is my daughters and the theme is italian any ideas? I was thinking of making

How about Cheesecake?
Italian cream cake...you could try making it yourself...white cake mix add coconut and chopped pecans...maybe some coconut extract flavoring (1/2 tsp?). Top it off with cream cheese icing. If you try it, let me know how it turns out!
