Burbank Park district has a great outdoor pool and offers Mom & tot classes in the summer

I live in Oak Lawn and they have a great park district with lots of swimming lessons throughout the year. During the colder months they are held at Richards High School, but in the summer time they are held at outside pools.
When the babies are that young the classes involve the parents also. I went to the Oak Lawn classes when my little one was 9 months old and even now at 5 she remembers to go to the wall when she comes up from the water. I have her enrolled for the summer classes to learn how to breath under water.
Palos Health and Fitness Center in Orland Park has a lovely mom/tots swim class. You do not have to be a member to take the class. Their phone number is ###-###-####.
